has recently completed a review of telecoms for a small family run
company operating on a single site in South East London providing
products to printing companies. The annual telecom spend for this
company was £10,500 per year (mobiles not included).

Our review demonstrated that the company
was not making best use of discounts available from their existing
supplier and that savings of £3,200 a year were possible on
call charges, with a further £600 per year possible on line
rental charges. Meter pulse rental was removed from an old payphone
line to provide a small additional saving.
The company took our advice and has reduced its annual telecom
spend by 36%. This analysis took one day only and cost the customer
£850.
